Conference registration

The 13th Oxford Dysfluency Conference is now SOLD OUT! If you would like to be placed on the waiting list for cancellations, please contact Kay Russell at k.russell@elsevier.com (please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) and state your preference for full access or 1-day access (giving the preferred day).

Before travelling to the conference, please familiarise yourself with the Covid-19 requirements for UK, which Elsevier will be following. The current country guidelines can be found here. We still request that anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19, or is under any self-quarantine orders does not attend the conference.

*The student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Post Doc’s are not eligible for the student rate. Student registrations must be accompanied by a letter from your head of department, attesting to your student status. Please email the letter to the Project Lead Kay Russell (please do not email credit card information under any circumstances).

It is possible to extend your stay at St Catherine’s for an extra night on Friday, 22 September on a bed and breakfast basis (no dinner will be available at the College on Friday). Payment methods

Payment for conference registrations can only be made by credit card online. Elsevier accepts: MasterCard, Visa and American Express, Alipay, Paypal and Unionpay.

Cancellation information

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Project Lead Kay Russell (please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Project Lead Kay Russell (please do not email credit card information under any circumstances) immediately. Provided written notice is received by July 25, 2023, a full refund will be given less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by August 8, 2023, a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after August 8, 2023, or for no-shows at the symposium, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed. Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.
