The nonprofit Stuttering Foundation provides up-to-date resources, services and support to those who stutter and their families as well as support for research into the causes of stuttering. It provides education, training, and information to professionals, children and adults who stutter, parents, teachers and all those concerned about stuttering. It is a valuable resource for healthcare professionals working in all settings, including clinics, hospitals, and schools helping people of all ages.

Action for Stammering Children
Action for Stammering Children is a UK charity which aims for a society where children and young people who stammer have the same opportunities and quality of life as their peers, ensuring they have access to effective services and support to help them meet the challenges they face.
Based in The Michael Palin Centre, the charity is a strong supporter, commissioning specialist assessment and therapies for children that stammer, and the training of SLTs across the UK and appropriate research.
In 2016/17 the Charity helped more than 4,000 children and young people who stammer through a range of initiatives and projects.
